We think it's possible that some of your questions were answered already so please take a quick glance and see if this information would be useful or interesting to Nina regarding the state of the Security department. Rémi himself would be more respectful to her since she took the time to help out the Aid Station (if Nina is feeling particularly perceptive, his heart rate picks up a little whenever someone mentions the good Doctor...)
Still, he doesn't really have the time or inclination to answer her questions himself. He'll direct her to one of his officers (please feel free to create and use this NPC as you see fit!) and they will tell her about the above quite happily!
Additionally: Security is responsible for patrols and protection of civilian forces when they go off-base. Threats they commonly face are the local fauna (and sometimes the flora!) and very little within the Basecamp itself.
As for the Aid Station: if she presses people about their dreams, a few would grumble about nightmares, and one patient will pipe up to talk about this time he dreamed he was a giraffe with purple spots who got recruited for a basketball team...
But otherwise, no. Nothing seems to be particularly out of the ordinary!
