[ If things were completely up to him, he'd want to just get this mission over with as efficiently and as quickly as possible— aside from maybe the investigative peek into the Adamant if its not too far out of the way. For totally selfish reasons. Looking at plants and rocks, though, is... well, not what he really expected out of another Hatchling. He thought the fear of acid rain would others try to go through the motions of retrieving the Starspire as quickly as possible, but maybe he guessed wrong.
Similar to Cal, he doesn't actually look all that prepared for the mission, as he doesn't have any sort of gear on him, aside from strange, metal, yellow dots sticking out of his clothes, which are clearly not a part of the original outfit. ]
