Catra has no earthly clue how to make a decent weapon that isn't the most basic 'pointy = good', and she's not super inclined to notice the components. She's totally judging them, though. She spent like a day in a wasteland and thinks she knows everything about using every resource. (Like, come on, this dragon isn't using its bones any more -- who needs structural integrity anyway?)
She's not going to bother stealing anything. Only nerds use bows, and a melee weapon's kind of pointless in her hands. Now if they had a whip -- that'd be going straight with her. Alas.
