in any case vidar makes his way with cal thru the hallways. there are cobwebs and things falling from the ceiling everywhere; once, or twice, vidar has to sidestep a tangle of wires that seem to be grounded but who knows, in this state whatsoever. without so much as a map going around the adamant was an adventure and exercise in patience. BD, at least, was quite helpful than its human compatriots in finding things that they could have interest in. ]
