I have had enough monsters in my life to assume you are quite correct. [ He's been all over Ivalice, truly, but the rain and plants were mostly not dangerous. He's grateful for that now. ]

Maybe someone from some other place has a way to shield against the rain, at least. I'd still like to get out and see it. And who knows...if the plants have adapted, maybe we could use that to protect ourselves.
