He can either kill them or disable them with his Sticky Fingers, and will defer to Security's judgement on what to do with them. Note that he will not explicitly mention using his Stand unless he's asked directly how he plans on dealing with the creatures.

Also, questions for the Thessyx: Bruno would like to ask why they call them the "Children of the Leviathan" - is that the name of the giant dead creature? Or is it the name of the creature that laid the eggs, perhaps? He'd also ask about their society - the significance of the fin color, how their government is organized, how their families work, etc... basically, getting to know them.
