Hello Steve Rogers
I am taking them outside while it is not raining.

There's still people being helped out of the tunnels and the other staff around it, simply putting them back isn't currently an option. They'd just interfere with Engineering, people would get mad, they'd get shot, etc.

They seem to be able to manage from there.
