He's used to explaining human stuff to cryptids, so he will be pretty good at explaining human cuisine/tastes ("The preference for shellfish over insect based foods is probably because a lot of our cultures associate bugs with uncleanliness and disease" and then maybe a side-ramble into the historical and modern uses of medicinal leeches and maggots before getting back to the actual topic).

He's not trusting enough yet to hand over any How to Kill Us Most Efficiently type info, but if they pick up on that telepathically, they'll probably notice he's equally suspicious of just about every other human around him.
